Community Guidelines

PhantomMarket is a space created for the Minecraft® community to share, discover, and collaborate around amazing builds and litematics.

Our core values are:

These guidelines are designed to maintain a safe, positive, and enriching environment for everyone.

• Respect: We treat all members with dignity and consideration.
• Collaboration: We promote the exchange of ideas and mutual support.

On PhantomMarket you can share:

• Own builds: Original creations designed by you.
• Derivative material with permission: If you use ideas or parts of other creators' builds, you must have their explicit authorization and give proper credit.
• Tutorials and guides: Educational content that helps other community members.
• References and tributes: Inspired by existing works as long as they are creative transformations and not direct copies.

3.1. Theft and Reuploads

• Builds copied from other creators without permission.
• Litematics downloaded from other sites and reuploaded as your own.
• Content stolen from private servers or other players' worlds.

3.2. Offensive Content

• Builds with hate symbols, racism, xenophobia, or discrimination.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content.
• Gratuitous graphic violence or gore.
• Messages that incite hatred, harassment, or violence.

3.3. Spam and Manipulation

• Repetitive posts of the same build.
• Phishing links or scams.
• Requesting likes, votes, or downloads through deception.
• Using bots to artificially inflate statistics.

3.4. Malware and Dangerous Content

• Files with viruses, trojans, or malicious code.
• Modified litematics to cause damage in Minecraft® worlds.
• Links to dangerous or fraudulent websites.

4.1. Respect Among Users

• Treat all members with courtesy, even in disagreement.
• Offer constructive criticism instead of destructive comments.
• Acknowledge the effort and creativity of other creators.

4.2. Harassment Prohibition

We do not tolerate:

• Insults, mockery, or humiliation towards other users.
• Threats, intimidation, or continued harassment.
• Doxxing (publishing third parties' personal information without consent).
• Creating fake accounts to evade bans or attack others.

4.3. Proper Use of the Voting System

• Do not manipulate likes or downloads through bots or multiple accounts.
• Do not ask for votes in exchange for rewards outside the platform.
• Do not organize brigades to attack or artificially inflate scores.

5.1. Warnings

For minor infractions or first offenses, you will receive an official warning. This will be recorded in your account.

5.2. Temporary Penalties

• Temporary suspension of content upload capability (1-30 days).
• Restriction of comments or interactions.
• Removal of infringing builds.

5.3. Account Suspension

For serious infractions or repeat offenses, your account may be temporarily suspended (30-90 days).

5.4. Permanent Ban

In extreme cases (illegal content, serious harassment, mass attacks, malware), we will proceed with permanent platform expulsion without possibility of refund or appeal.

If you find content that violates these guidelines:

3. Briefly describe the reason for the report.
4. Provide evidence if possible (screenshots, links, etc.).

6.2. Review Process

• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 72 hours.
• Reported content may be temporarily hidden while being investigated.
• The content creator will be notified if action is taken against their publication or account.

6.3. False Reports

Abuse of the reporting system (false or malicious reports) is a serious infraction and may result in sanctions for the reporter.

We believe in:

• Healthy community: A space where everyone feels safe and welcome.
• Quality over quantity: We prefer well-made and original builds over massive low-quality content.
• Transparency: We act fairly and explain the reasons for our moderation decisions.
• Constant evolution: These guidelines may be updated according to community needs.

If you believe a sanction applied to your account is unfair, you can file an appeal by sending an email to:

Include your username, the date of the sanction, and a detailed explanation of why you believe it should be reviewed.

Appeals will be reviewed within 7 business days. The final decision of the PhantomStudios team is non-appealable.
