PhantomStudios does not own user-generated content, but facilitates its distribution under the conditions described herein.

• It allows creators to upload, store, and distribute builds and litematics for the Minecraft® video game.
• It offers users the ability to explore, download, and acquire these digital creations.
• It provides 3D visualization tools, format conversion, and litematic file analysis.
• It generates revenue through advertising.

You are responsible for:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date data.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and access credentials.
• Immediately notifying any unauthorized use of your account.
• All activities performed from your account, even if not expressly authorized by you.

By uploading content to PhantomMarket, the creator grants PhantomStudios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to:

• Store, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the content.
• Generate thumbnails, 3D renders, and content previews.
• Promote the platform using examples of uploaded content.

This license will remain in effect while the content remains available on PhantomMarket.

It is strictly forbidden to:

• • Upload copied, stolen, or reuploaded content without authorization from the original author.
• • Use other creators' builds without their explicit permission and proper attribution.
• • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights.

If you are the rightful owner of a build published without your authorization, you can claim it through our claim system available at /claim.

PhantomStudios commits to reviewing each claim within a maximum of 7 business days and removing infringing content if appropriate.

PhantomMarket finances its operations through third-party advertising. By using the platform, you accept the display of advertisements.

PhantomStudios is not responsible for the content of such ads or the privacy practices of advertising companies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of external sites before interacting with them.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate downloads, likes, or votes.
• Perform fraudulent activities, spam, or phishing.
• Upload files with malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Harass, insult, or threaten other users.
• Create multiple accounts to evade sanctions or abuse the system.
• Extract, copy, or reproduce PhantomMarket content en masse without express authorization.

PhantomStudios reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel accounts that:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions.
• Engage in illegal or unlawful activities.
• Manipulate the voting, downloads, or monetization system.
• Upload offensive, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights.

In case of suspension or cancellation, no financial compensation will be offered for content already acquired.

PhantomStudios does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability. Outages may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or external attacks.
• The accuracy, quality, or legality of user-uploaded content. PhantomStudios acts as an intermediary and does not supervise each file individually.
• The absence of errors in downloaded files. The user downloads at their own risk.

PhantomStudios is not responsible for:

• Loss of data, files, or content stored on the platform.
• External links to third-party websites.
• Conflicts between users over copyrights, plagiarism, or duplicate content.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and, where applicable, by European Union regulations applicable to digital services.

For any dispute arising from the use of PhantomMarket, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

PhantomStudios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified via platform announcement and will take effect 7 days after publication.

Continued use of PhantomMarket after the modifications take effect implies acceptance of them.
