It's the same generator from the author herb_mc published by Dylanxdpro111111, but with new components incorporated: 20M bulk with percentage panel, shulker chargers and chunk chargers. Just by pressing the lower lever the generator turns on and to extract shulkers full of basalt from the bulk, then you need to activate the upper lever.

The generator must be placed in the Nether and link the existing portals in both dimensions

Note: Remember to link the portals correctly, check the coordinates carefully or it will break.
